Any residential project where a standard catalog unit will not fit or look right without special design—custom cabs, nonstandard dimensions, low overhead, tight shafts, or remodel constraints that need engineering judgment.

Can you install where another company said it was impossible?+

Often we can find a path. Not every site works, but many “impossible” jobs are simply outside a one-size product line. We evaluate honestly after seeing the structure and clearances.

Do custom elevators still need permits and inspections?+

Yes. Custom does not mean unpermitted. We support the permitting and inspection path so the finished elevator is a legal, serviceable part of the home.

Is custom only for brand-new construction?+

No. Many of our most interesting projects are existing homes and remodels where the elevator must work around what is already built.
