Careers at Guided Elevator

Build a career that moves people

Family-owned since 2006 · CSLB #864630· Serving LA & OC

Join a company that is still growing

Guided Elevator is not a mega-corporation. We are a Southern California family business expanding service for residential elevators, commercial wheelchair lifts, custom installs, and the hard jobs others will not take. That growth needs skilled hands—technicians who can diagnose, install, and represent us in customers’ homes and buildings.

If you are tired of being a number at a national shop, or ready for more interesting work than the same proprietary route every week, this is an invitation to build with us.

What we believe in

Mission

Keep people moving—safely and honestly

Our mission is to install, repair, maintain, and inspect elevators and lifts so Southern California families and buildings can rely on safe vertical transportation—delivered with clear communication and workmanship we stand behind.

Vision

The trusted local standard for complex conveyance work

Our vision is to be the go-to family-owned elevator company in Los Angeles and Orange County for residential, custom, and non-proprietary commercial work—known for solving problems others will not, and for developing technicians who build lasting careers in the trade.

Core values

Craftsmanship

We take pride in clean installs, accurate diagnosis, and work that still looks right years later.

Integrity

We tell customers the truth—even when repair is better than replacement, and even when we should walk away from a job.

Accountability

We own our schedule, our callbacks, and our paperwork. Families and buildings count on us showing up.

Respect

For customers’ homes, for teammates on the truck, and for the trade that keeps people moving between floors.

Growth

We are building capacity—more routes, more skills, more opportunity for technicians who want a long-term home.

Team First

Family-owned means we back each other up. No one is a number in a national call queue.

Our culture

Field craft, customer trust, and a team that shows up for each other. Placeholder photos for now—we will swap in real team shots as we grow.
