End User License Agreement | Guided Elevator

Effective date: September 11, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Guided Elevator (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity that connects a QuickBooks Online company to our software, including our QuickBooks Online integration / MCP tools (the “App”).

By connecting QuickBooks Online to the App, clicking accept, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. What the App is

The App helps Authorized Users manage Guided Elevator business operations by connecting to QuickBooks Online (for example: reading company data, vendors, bills, invoices, customers, and related accounting records, and performing actions you explicitly enable). The App may be used by internal Company staff and automated assistants acting on the Company's behalf.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to connect and operate the QuickBooks Online company (or companies) you are authorized to manage, in accordance with this Agreement and Intuit's terms.

You may not: reverse engineer the App; misuse API access; share credentials; attempt to access another customer's QuickBooks data; or use the App in violation of law or Intuit's developer / QuickBooks terms.

3. Your QuickBooks account

You are responsible for your QuickBooks Online account, OAuth connections, user permissions, and for disconnecting the App when access should end. You represent that you have authority to connect the QuickBooks company you authorize.

4. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.guidedelevator.com/privacy-policy. QuickBooks data is used only to provide the App's features for the connected company.

5. Multi-company / future paid access

Today the App is primarily operated for Guided Elevator's own QuickBooks Online company. If we later allow other businesses to connect for a fee, each connected QuickBooks company remains isolated: one customer's QuickBooks data must not be accessible to another customer. Guided Elevator's own books stay private to Guided Elevator.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks® is a registered trademark of Intuit Inc.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUIDED ELEVATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOST-PROFIT DAMAGES, OR FOR AMOUNTS EXCEEDING FEES YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement, if Intuit requires it, or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and disconnect QuickBooks Online at any time.

10. Changes

We may update this Agreement by posting a new version at this URL and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
