Annual compliance testing
For commercial wheelchair platform lifts (VPLs), annual compliance testing is included with the maintenance contract. For commercial elevators, annual compliance testing is a separate service we can provide when you need it.
Five-year load testing
We perform the 5-year load test when your equipment is due, with the records you need to stay in good standing.
Minor repairs without the runaround
Day-to-day issues that keep tenants moving get handled by a local family-owned team—not a national queue that treats small buildings as an afterthought.
Non-proprietary elevators only
We service non-proprietary equipment. Major proprietary brands (Otis, Schindler, KONE, and similar locked systems) are outside our commercial elevator program—so we only take work we can support honestly.
Commercial wheelchair platform lifts
We install, repair, and maintain commercial wheelchair platform lifts, with state-mandated semi-annual maintenance, records, and annual testing for permit and compliance included in the maintenance relationship.
