Guided Elevator is a small family-owned and operated business that was started in 2006 by our Master Technician Joe Snee.  With over 50 years of experience in the elevator trade industry, Joe moved from commercial elevators to residential elevators earning a reputation for one of the most knowledgeable technicians in the area.  He has been able to solve some of the most complex problems helping complete installations thought impossible, and repair systems assumed beyond fixable.  He has built a strong referral business based on his experience, and has continued to pass that knowledge to our expertly trained staff allowing us to grow as one of southern California’s top residential elevator companies.  

We are a Certified Qualified Conveyance Company (CQCC) in California allowing us to install and service commercial handicap vertical lifts.  The state mandates that public lifts be serviced semi-annually by a CQCC in order to maintain its permit and avoid costly penalties.  We ensure your system remains functional, up to code, and that all documentation is submitted to the state to maintain compliance.
